Born in Windsor shortly after parents moved from Calabria, Italy.  Nick is a graduate of the George Brown culinary program with 17 years of cooking experience.  He specializes in authentic Southern Italian cuisine.  Nick is also part owner of NOI Restaurant in Windsor.
